The diagnostic is a self-assessment and orientation tool. Results are generated from the answers provided by the user and do not constitute professional legal, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

No specific business result is guaranteed as a consequence of completing the diagnostic or applying general guidance from the website.

3. BUSINESS IN FOCUS

BUSINESS IN FOCUS is a 3-day free diagnostic for small and medium-sized business owners with a team. When dates have not yet been announced, the website form is only an expression of interest. It is not a registration, does not create an obligation to participate and does not commit you to a purchase.

Once dates and format are announced, additional participation information will be provided.

4. Paid programs and services

When the website offers a paid program or service, the specific characteristics, price, payment method, duration and format, participation conditions, and applicable cancellation or termination rules will be provided before purchase.

These terms do not replace specific terms that may be published for a particular paid program. Where permitted by law, the specific terms of the relevant service take precedence in the event of conflict.

Parts of the services may use external platforms such as Calendly, Skool, Brevo, Supabase and other technical providers. Their own terms may also apply when you move to those platforms.
